COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS
Overview
Our UX team was tasked with the project of completing a competitive analysis review for a client's website. The goal of the competitive analysis was to review the client's competitor websites to help improve their own website.
My Role
As the design intern for the project, I was tasked with creating the competitive analysis report.
Review
My first task was to review the client's website and it competitors. During this phase I analyzed the pros and cons of each website and created a list of features to rate the competitor's websites.
Some of the feature's included:
- User-centered IA
- Responsive/mobile design
- List of services
-Social media sharing
- Customer validation
Analysis
Based of the list of features I rated each website on the list of features. Pros and cons were also listed for each website and a few suggestions to help improve the client's website.
